August 26th at the T-Mobile arena in Las Vegas, Nevada is where the highly anticipated bout between Floyd Mayweather (49-0) and Conor Mcgregor (Debut Fight).
The betting lines came out a week ago with Mayweather the heavy favorite at -1100. Fast forward to Sunday June 18th and betting lines are as low as -500.
Mayweather is the clear favorite, but Mcgregor has shown his resiliency in the UFC. Mcgregor is 21-3 in the UFC, but many boxing aficionados don’t believe his skill in the octagon will translate into the boxing ring.
Hall of Fame boxer Oscar De La Hoya has made his thoughts on the fight known, stating that he does not believe this will even be a real fight.
Final take – At -500, go bet the house on this one; Conor does not stand a chance in the ring against arguably the greatest boxer of all time Floyd Mayweather. This is an opportunity for Floyd to add one more win and to put more money in your pocket.
